You may notice changes to the site’s structure, content and navigation. These updates are intended to make it easier for New Brunswickers to find clear, reliable information related to our regulated sectors.
Some pages may be revised, moved or temporarily unavailable. We will work to keep disruptions to a minimum. If you have bookmarked specific pages, you may need to update your links once the changes are complete.
The Commission has also introduced a new investor warning database that makes it easier to search for alerts issued on companies or individuals not registered to deal or advise in securities or derivatives in New Brunswick.
