Regulatory Updates

Notice: Important information about changes to FCNB.ca

The Financial and Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick (the Commission) is pleased to launch an updated version of its website at FCNB.ca.

The updated site focuses primarily on regulatory and compliance information, with financial literacy content now available at Finfo.ca – a new one-stop resource designed to help New Brunswickers confidently understand and take control of their financial choices.

Visitors to FCNB.ca may notice changes to the site’s structure, content and navigation. Some pages have been revised, moved or – in the case of financial literacy information – transferred to Finfo.ca. If you have bookmarked specific pages, you may need to update your links.

These changes provide streamlined navigation to information and reference materials for the Commission’s regulated industries, as well as information on its role in the province’s consumer and financial marketplaces.

The Commission has also introduced a new investor warning database that makes it easier to search for alerts issued on companies or individuals not registered to deal or advise in securities or derivatives in New Brunswick.

The Commission is committed to providing a website with clear, reliable information related to its regulated sectors. If you have questions about these website changes, please contact the Commission at fcnb@fcnb.ca
