Strategy and Business Plans

Our Strategy and Business Plan is a three-year plan that outlines our key goals, objectives and strategic initiatives under each of our pillars. It illustrates how we intend to meet the expectations the government lays out for us in our mandate letter, establishes targets for key performance measures, outlines our budget projections, and is submitted annually to the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board.
