Sector Surveys
The Financial and Consumer Services Commission periodically surveys its regulated sector participants about its activities, processes and communications. The surveys invite professionals working within its regulated sectors to share their experiences, levels of satisfaction and expectations of the Commission. Feedback collected from these sector surveys is important in helping the Commission to measure progress and to focus efforts on enhancing its regulatory effectiveness, communication, policy development and stakeholder engagement.
The Commission’s mandate is to provide regulatory services that protect the public interest while enhancing public confidence and promote understanding of the regulated sectors through educational programs.
