On February 18, 2020, the Financial and Consumer Services Commission, Insurance Division, released a Consultation Paper proposing diagnostic and treatment protocols for automobile accident victims.
The comment period is scheduled to close on 18 April 2020.
In light of the challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Financial and Consumer Services Commission, Insurance Division, is extending the comment period from April 18, 2020 to June 18, 2020.
