Technical Working Groups

Technical working groups (TWG) bring together external subject matter experts to provide their specialized knowledge or skills to identify and provide feedback on potential opportunities, risks, unintended consequences or issues that could arise from the development and implementation of a proposed regulatory initiative.

Technical working groups are advisory in nature. The Commission will consider any input received; however, the input may or may not result in action or policy change on the part of the Commission.
